Delivery & Returns Information

Officeteam Stationery offer a reliable following day delivery service. Delivery is free of charge for all orders of £30 and over, excluding VAT. All orders of less than £30 will have a small charge of £2.90 added to the order.

For urgent orders that are required the same day, please call on 0870 444 2882 for devilery information and charges. For any orders outside England, Scotland and Wales, please call the customer service team on 0870 444 2882 for more information.

Delivery Times

For orders placed by 5pm Monday to Friday, deliveries will be made the following working day between the hours of 9am and 5pm.

Returning a product

All returns should be reported to Customer Services on 0870 444 2882. Please note that notification of goods to be returned must be made within 7 days from delivery date otherwise such returns cannot be accepted.

Shortages or damaged products

All shortages & damages should be reported to Customer Services within 3 days from delivery date.

Cancelling an order 

To cancel an order, you must contact a customer service representative either by email or telephone and they will give you further information.
